This home is one of the greatest transformations that we have made. The investors bought an existing house finished in a style popular un the 1990s, with all of the solutions and arrangements that were innovative at the time. Colourful stucco work, rounded wall corners, glass bricks, and highly decorated ceilings with inset halogen lights are only a few of the elements that we had to deal with. The transformation was total, and the final effect showed off a completely new side of the interior.

The interior is minimalist, elegant but still very cosy, due in part to the choice of materials and the colour scheme, consisting of greys, white, and beige. We've also combined different textures; concrete, wood, natural textiles, metal, and glass.

The functions of different spaces are divided by floor - downstairs is the day zone with living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and office. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a large wardrobe and bathroom, the daughter's bedroom with a separate bathroom, an exercise room, spa, and laundry room.

The kitchen, with a window facing the street, is separated from the dining room by built-in furniture. The vertical lighting located in this furniture gives a very atmospheric light. Both rooms feature a view of the garden thanks to the large window looking out over the terrace from the living room. The sofa is the central point in the living room. This room was designed to create two relaxation areas, one of which faces the TV and home cinema, while the other faces the eco-fireplace.

The entire floor is a relaxation zone. Starting from the entrance hall, there is a large library with places for reading fitted with pillows. The bedroom is hidden behind sliding glass doors. Across the hall, there is a glazed entrance to the home spa.
